Functional beauty inspired by life
Verso Design was founded in 1997 by mother and daughter duo Kirsikka Savonen and Tuttu Sillanpää. Tuuli Burman, Tuttu's sister, soon joined the company. Today, the fast-growing company is one of the leading Finnish design brands and still a family business based in Helsinki, Finland.
Kirsikka Savonen, Tuttu Sillanpää and Tuuli Burman, as well as all the other designers who work with Verso Design, often take inspiration from nature. Natural materials are always preferred and functional and beautiful products are the result of combining traditional Finnish design with contemporary shapes.
