We are sorry if you are not satisfied with your order. You can return your order to the return address within 14 days. Below you will find all information that applies to sending, cancelling or returning an order.
Delivery
All products from MNH Scandinavian Design & Living are sent with Track and Trace via PostNL. For your convenience, we offer various shipping methods such as;
- Standard delivery at home or office;
- Evening delivery;
- Pick up at a PostNL collection point near you of your choice or
- Collection by appointment.
Shipping costs may vary per selected shipping option and country. Below is a brief overview of shipping options within the Netherlands:
- Letterbox package in NL EUR 4.50
- Standard shipping in NL EUR 6.95
- Standard shipping in NL – evening surcharge EUR 1.40 (EUR 8.35)
- Pick up at a PostNL collection point EUR 6.85
- Collection by appointment - Free
The correct shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. For orders over EUR 50, shipping costs are free within the Netherlands.
Costs for shipping outside the Netherlands are calculated based on the country of destination, weight and total amount of the order. The correct shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. Free shipping outside the Netherlands applies to orders over EUR 175.
Would you like to have your order sent directly to a PostNL location near you? No problem, that's possible! During check out you can choose a postal location of your preference. You then have 7 days to collect your package. Please note, this is not possible for a letterbox package. This service is only possible for the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery will take place between 1 and 3 working days. Unless otherwise stated on the website. If the delivery time cannot be met, you will receive an email from MNH Scandinavian Design & Living stating the correct delivery time. In that case, you have the right to terminate the agreement with MNH Scandinavian Design & Living by reporting this in writing (by letter or e-mail) to MNH Scandinavian Design & Living.
Please note: certain products such as candles cannot be shipped at temperatures of 21 degrees Celsius or higher. Orders will then remain until the temperature permits again. We will then inform you about this.
Cancel an order
Have you placed an order, but do you still want to cancel it? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the package has not yet been shipped, we can usually easily cancel or change your order.
Revoke an order
If your order has already been shipped and/or you are not satisfied with the delivered products, you can revoke the agreement. This means that you have the option to terminate your agreement within 14 calendar days and without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days. This period is calculated from the day on which you or a third party - other than the carrier and as notified to us in advance - has physically received the order.
During the withdrawal period, you must handle both the product and the packaging with care. This means that you may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product or not.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so.

The notification that you want to exercise the right to cancel your order must be made before the cancellation period (14 calendar days) has expired.
Returning an order
If you exercise the right to return an order or product, you must return it to us within 14 calendar days - calculated from the day you notified us of your cancellation or the cancellation period of 14 calendar days expired. The costs for returning are at your own expense.
We would like to receive a message via [email protected], so that we know that a return shipment can be expected. Pack the products well in the original packaging so that they are protected during transport. Place the packing slip in the package.
As soon as your return has been received and processed by us, we will notify you by email and you will receive a refund within 7 days.
Of course you can also return part of your order. If your final order is subject to the free shipping service from EUR 50 (within NL) due to this return, or if the order exceeds EUR 175 (outside the Netherlands), we will unfortunately have to deduct the shipping costs for the original order. See the General Terms and Conditions for the conditions for returns. If you have any questions that you cannot find an answer to, you can of course contact our customer service. We are happy to help you.
Exchange a product
If you want to exchange an item, we request that you place a new order via our website. You can return the item that does not meet your expectations as described above.
Problems with your order or delivery
Was the package or product damaged or lost during transport? Have you received a defective or incorrect product? Or do you have other questions, complaints or problems with your order or delivery? We then request that you contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Please note: In order to process your question/complaint, we usually ask you to provide a photo and description of the defect or damage.
If a package is delivered with obvious damage and the products are damaged or missing, you are obliged to immediately file a complaint with the transport company and refuse delivery. We also request that you contact our customer service (via [email protected]), so that MNH Scandinavian Design & Living can exercise its right to submit such claims to the transport company. If the delivery is damaged or lost during transport to the customer, MNH Scandinavian Design & Living is responsible. If the shipment is damaged or lost during the return process, this is your own responsibility.
Any hidden damage must be reported to our customer service - preferably immediately but no later than 2 months after discovery of the defect. This person will then inform you in more detail about how to deal with the complaint.
Guarantee
The legal warranty applies to all MNH Scandinavian Design & Living products. This means that a product is or should do what you can reasonably expect from it. Some suppliers of MNH Scandinavian Design & Living also offer a manufacturer's warranty on their products. For more information about the manufacturer's warranty of a specific product, please contact customer service. The manufacturer's warranty applies without prejudice to the statutory rights of the consumer; this does not affect the legal warranty.

We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and three months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions. We can also train our customer service to become even better.
